Concrete Columns for Berkeley Hills Build

Channel lumber provided products and services for a recent construction project in the Berkeley Hills. The original structure had become dilapidated, outdated, and the purchasing owners wanted to raze the structure and build from scratch. Heavy machinery was brought in and the wooden structure was demolished and hauled away. The property was then cleared, and leveled and a new foundation was under way. Once the steel ties were made into a grid, the concrete foundation was poured and the structure could be built. There were several concrete columns built with Channel Lumber forming materials that provided architecture for the structure.
