Veer Towers: Design in the Desert

Located within City Center on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise Nevada, the illustrious golden Veer Towers lean exactly 5 degrees from center in opposite directions. The towers were designed by Murphy/Jahn architects of Chicago, and were designed to showcase natural light.

The experience of the building is further enhanced by the lobby walls. These interior walls feature mud drawings by Turner Prize winning artist Richard Long. Long brought the mud from the River Avon in England, diluted it, and applied it with his hands.

Channel Lumber is proud to have provided products and services throughout various stages of construction, and to have contributed to this LEED® Gold Certified, sustainable building project. The towers were certified Gold in 2009, and the property subsequently opened in 2010.

The towers are 37 stories, each housing 335 condominium units. Additionally, the properties feature Michelin Star and James Beard awarded restaurants, a luxurious spa, and superior shopping.
